Job Title: Installation Technician

The Role:
• Install and configure AV systems including displays, audio equipment, and control systems
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and installation plans
• Lead and support on-site installation activities for small to mid-sized projects
• Perform cabling, termination, and rack building
• Test and troubleshoot AV systems to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate progress and updates to project stakeholders
• Coordinate with other trades and teams on-site
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and installation best practices

Skills Needed:
• Proven experience in AV or technical installations
• Knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience with structured cabling and system testing
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
