Job Title: n8n Automation Engineer

Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: UAE
Monthly Rate: 6,000 – 9,000 AED per month
The Role:
You'll own the automation layer of a large-scale HR platform, building reliable, production-grade workflows that keep critical people processes running smoothly.
Design and deliver n8n workflows for end-to-end HR processes including approvals, notifications, SLA tracking, and exception handling.
Connect enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven triggers.
Translate HR policy and business rules into clean, auditable workflow logic.
Wire in AI/LLM services where needed, passing context, handling responses, and routing exceptions.
Keep things resilient with retries, fallbacks, structured error handling, and full audit trails.
Manage workflows across dev, test, staging, and production environments.
Skills Needed:
Hands-on n8n experience in a production environment (or similar: Make, Airflow, etc.).
Solid REST/SOAP API integration skills with webhooks, scheduled jobs, and conditional logic.
Comfortable with JSON, basic SQL, and data mapping inside workflow tools.
Experience with enterprise HR, government, or regulated systems.
Strong on error handling, audit logging, and secure credential management.
