National Account Manager - Target | New York City
Our client is one of the fastest-growing beauty brands in the world - a dermatologist-backed, ingredient-led skincare brand built on efficacy, accessibility, education and engagement. Already a top 10 skincare brand across major retail partners, they're scaling fast across North America and looking for a National Account Manager to own and grow the Target relationship.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll manage the Target account and drive brand growth across North America. You'll develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and strengthen the partnership, using market insights to align brand strategy with commercial goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the Target account (Mass channel), with a focus on driving growth across retail and digital
- Developing strategies to enhance sales performance and expand market presence
- Analyzing and tracking key account metrics weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting
- Leading monthly sell-through presentations alongside Marketing in Commercial Planning meetings
- Managing and adjusting annual sell-in budget forecasts on a quarterly basis
- Partnering cross-functionally to align on initiatives, timelines, and retailer requirements
- Staying ahead of skincare industry trends and retail strategy shifts
- Proven experience managing Mass retail accounts (Target, Shoppers Drug Mart) in beauty/skincare or a closely related CPG category - Target experience specifically is a strong plus
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills, and comfortable owning sales data, trends, and reporting up to leadership
- A natural relationship-builder, internally and externally
- Someone who thrives adapting strategy on the fly in a fast-moving environment
- Confident communicator who can manage up and down with ease

💰 Up to $120,000 + bonus
