Job description

Senior Client Solutions Architect, IT Solutions Integrator

Role overview

The Senior CSA serves as a trusted technical advisor on complex, multi domain client engagements, with full ownership of solution design, strong client influence, and responsibility for opportunity qualification, solution strategy, and deal progression.

You'll lead end to end solution design on high value opportunities, identify cross practice expansion prospects, and partner with Account Executives to shape overall client strategy. You'll operate independently on most initiatives and mentor CSAs and engineers across the business.

Key responsibilities

Lead multi practice discovery sessions centered on business outcomes rather than products.

Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large opportunities.

Identify cross practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering, and drive cohesive architecture and clear execution paths across practices.

Partner with AEs on deal strategy, qualification, and positioning, and act as a senior technical escalation point in late stage sales cycles.

Work with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate designs, BOMs, and SOWs.

Mentor CSAs and engineers on solution design, discovery, and consultative selling, and contribute reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.

Represent the business in senior level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.

Qualifications

7 to 10 years in solution architecture, pre sales engineering, or technical consulting.

Proven success designing and selling multi domain enterprise solutions.

Advanced consultative discovery skills and the ability to guide client decision making.

Broad technical proficiency across at least two core practice areas.

Able to independently run complex technical sales cycles, with strong written and verbal communication. Relevant OEM certifications preferred.

Success looks like

Consistent adoption of cross practice solutions, recognition from AEs as the go to technical lead on complex deals, solution designs that are practical, scalable, and profitable, and a measurable lift in team capability through mentoring.
