They're building something genuinely novel in a large, established industry that hasn't meaningfully changed in decades — and they're already proving it works.

They're a small, fast-moving team that operates with high conviction and expects the same from the people they hire.

The Role

A Staff-level Senior IC Product Designer, one of two hires forming the product design function. 

Not a founding role. Not a management role. A high-ownership, high-impact IC position with real teammates and enterprise customers already in market.

The product serves technically demanding users, executives and analysts who interrogate AI outputs, as well as AI agents that interact with the product programmatically. You'll need to design for both.

Who You Are

• 4+ years at a fast-moving B2B SaaS scaleup with multiple product teams around you

• Product Design Lead or Staff title, or clearly on that trajectory

• A problem-solver first, visual polish second

• AI tools genuinely embedded in your workflow

• NYC-based or ready to be — five days in office
