Senior Flutter Developer – Dubai (Banking) – Onsite

Looking for a Flutter Developer to join a banking client onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week.
Budget: AED 25,000/month

Important: this role does not offer visa sponsorship. You'll need your own visa or UAE residency already sorted.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning features end-to-end, from design through build, demo, and handover

• Working in a monorepo setup (Melos experience ideal)

• Building with Bloc/Cubit for state management

• Applying clean/layered architecture principles

• Custom animations, AnimationController, Lottie

• Working across platform channels for native integration

• CI/CD pipelines via Bitrise and/or GitHub Actions

What we're looking for:

• 3-4 years of Flutter experience

• Native mobile experience is a strong plus

• Comfortable writing dartdoc, inline comments, and handover documentation

• Strong communicator, comfortable working across design, product, QA, and engineering

Nice to have: published apps, open-source contributions, understanding of agentic development / prompt engineering
