The Role:

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for a global oil and gas enterprise – setting the standards, governing the platform, and shaping the roadmap.

• Lead across all major domains: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Workplace, and GenAI.

• Design cross-module solutions, drive CSDM adoption, and define the enterprise data strategy.

• Architect integrations with SAP, HR, Finance, and Security systems using REST/SOAP and event-driven patterns.

• Provide architectural leadership within SAFe – PI Planning, runway definition, and governance.

• Advise senior stakeholders, lead Architecture Review Boards, and mentor the architects around you.

• Identify where AI and automation can deliver real business value – and build it into the roadmap.

• Ensure the platform meets UAE regulatory and enterprise security requirements at all times.

Skills Needed:

• 15+ years in IT; 7–10+ years as a ServiceNow architect at enterprise scale.

• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro), SecOps, HRSD, Workplace, App Engine, and GenAI.

• Strong CMDB and CSDM experience across complex, multi-domain environments.

• Solid integration background: SAP, HR, Finance, Security – API design and event-driven architecture.

• Comfortable leading within SAFe – PI Planning, architectural governance, and release management.

• Oil & Gas experience is mandatory. UAE / GCC background equally so.

• ServiceNow CTA highly desirable. CIS certifications and SAFe Architect / Agilist a strong advantage.
