Establish unit and regression testing practices for end-to-end CI/CD using declarative languages (YAML, Terraform) to ensure environment parity
Collaborate with business partners, compliance, and product managers within an Agile framework
Help build an open, scalable data culture through documentation, constructive code reviews, and clear communication of priorities
Provide thought leadership on architecture, tooling, and standards for scalable data analytics solutions
Mentor analytics engineers and analysts
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience solving data problems with internal and external stakeholders
3+ years working on data ingestion (CSV, JSON, REST), transformation (dbt), and pipeline orchestration (Databricks and/or Airflow)
2+ years of experience with trading and/or regulatory reporting — best execution, CAT, OATS, trade monitoring, EBS, or regulatory inquiries
Experience within a larger data team, including CI/CD via GitHub and Agile development practices
Programming languages: Python, SQL, Spark (PySpark, Spark SQL)
Declarative languages: YAML, Terraform
Databases: DynamoDB, Unity Catalog, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
