We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Alliance Associate to help strengthen and grow our partnerships with key technology vendors across North America. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting daily partner activities, coordinating programs, and ensuring smooth collaboration between our internal teams and vendor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding and management of vendor partners across cloud, infrastructure, and software portfolios.
- Coordinate partner activities including enablement sessions, joint campaigns, and partner-led initiatives.
- Support the tracking of partner incentives, growth targets, and co-marketing investments to ensure delivery against objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date partner materials, internal communications, and program documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to account managers and alliance leads for pipeline updates, partner escalations, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments — including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement — to ensure partners are engaged effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in partner management, vendor relations, or sales support within the technology or IT services industry.
- Good understanding of vendor ecosystems, partner programs, and go-to-market collaboration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in managing reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for developing long-term partner relationships.
