Ben Broughton
Founder \ Director
Ben is an experienced recruitment leader and business owner. In the last 20 years he has built and developed teams and businesses from £1million to £30million turnover across the technology sector in both the UK and US.
With a huge focus on client attraction and retention, developing people and leaders as well as delivering solutions that match the ever-evolving technology sector.
Ben is on a mission with Primis to build a global, award-winning talent centric organisation that ensures people are put first when it comes to any decision that is made.

Steve Wynne
Non-Exec Chairman
Steve spent the first 20 years of his career working for major UK based international insurers and insurance broking groups.
He founded his first business in 1995 selling to a major insurance broking group 3 years later.
After a very successful string of businesses, he launched Kingsbridge Contractor Insurance in 2007. He completed a trade sale of Kingsbridge in 2020 for £120million EV.
Steve is now an advisor to several FTSE 100 and mid-corporate size businesses.

Kim Gray
Non-Exec Director
Kim has spent more than 40 years in the Financial Services Sector and IT and Business Consulting Firms. Her consulting experience spans the Media, Insurance, Retail and Investment Banking sectors.
Kim is Head of Diversity & Inclusion for NTT DATA in the UK which she founded and has managed since 2014.
During that time she has worked with her D&I Team to significantly increase gender balance and has worked closely with each member of Leadership to set personal D&I objectives.
She sits on several internal and external D&I Committees and is an active participate in the 30% Club and the Girls’ Network Charity. Kim is a qualified Coach having trained at the AoEC and The Tavistock Institute.

James Mainard
Non-Exec Director
Jim has spent more than 35 years leading the design, development, and market deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions for the Aerospace, Entertainment, Automotive, Insurance and Beauty sectors. Most recently Jim was the Global President of the Technology Acceleration Hub for prestige beauty giant Shiseido.
Prior, Jim held several executive roles at DreamWorks and DreamWorks Animation as EVP Digital Strategy, SVP Production Development and SVP R&D in which he drove the company’s substantial investment in visual effects tools and pipelines.
Jim started his career as a Senior Systems Engineer at TRW for the Hubble Space Telescope Ground Station. Among many roles during his tenure at TRW, Jim redesigned tactical mapping software relied upon by the U.S. Army and Navy.

Faisel Choudhry
Special Advisor to the Board
Faisel Choudhry MVO, over 20 years of management experience 11 of which at
strategic level from The Royal Household (based in Buckingham Palace) and
The Bank of England. Holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School,
an accredited Executive Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and a Diversity & Inclusion trainer.
Specialist areas of D&I are Unconscious and Conscious Biases, Social Mobility
challenges as well as Race and Gender.
The training helps companies identify gaps in the D&I space, as well as
providing solutions to address these.
