harriet.rawlinson@primis-talent.comHarriet has spent the last 13 years in technical recruitment, specialising in the IT infrastructure space with a focus on cloud technology. Harriet has successfully trained teams of recruiters from trainee to leadership level, building desks to more than £3 million annual turnover across both contract and permanent hiring. Harriet has also worked onsite as a Strategic Staffing Lead, and therefore draws on this experience to consult with clients on best practice across talent attraction and recruitment strategy. As BD Director for Primis, Harriet aims to bring her knowledge of the UK tech market, coupled with her passion for training, coaching and mentoring recruiters to the highest level in order to help every member of the team achieve their goals and in turn ensuring that the highest level of service is delivered across all Primis’ partnerships.

In his career to date he has led on projects that have delivered over 500 successful assignments. He has led on projects for organizations such as; Condé Nast, Publicis Group & Deloitte as well as various start ups. He is responsible for driving the growth of our New York office and successful project delivery.

She was keen to have a a career where she could be in control of her own progression as well as work in a people focused industry. Starting as a trainee consultant, Bhavini immediately showed success very early on in her career and rapidly progressed up the career ladder to a leadership level. Specialising in contract recruitment and having years of fantastic client relationships, Bhavini has managed to make a name for herself in the recruitment industry. As Business Manager at Primis, Bhavini’s focus is leading and growing a successful team of consultants, whilst continuing to drive the importance of diversity and inclusion in everything that we do.

Sophie has worked in bluechip tech companies through to smaller start up consultancies and really thrives in the agile environments of SME businesses. She loves building strong team relationships and is really driven by developing cohesive working environments. Having a good work life balance is really important and having two boys keeps her busy outside of work. Flexibility is key for Sophie to be able to perform well at work and home.

Hannah joined Primis in May 2022 to head up the Marketing department, showcasing what the business does for its clients, candidates and employees through online campaigns and social media content, as well as generating meaningful leads for Sales along the way.

Jim has spent more than 35 years leading the design, development, and market deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions for the Aerospace, Entertainment, Automotive, Insurance and Beauty sectors. Most recently Jim was the Global President of the Technology Acceleration Hub for prestige beauty giant Shiseido. Prior, Jim held several executive roles at DreamWorks and DreamWorks Animation as EVP Digital Strategy, SVP Production Development and SVP R&D in which he drove the company’s substantial investment in visual effects tools and pipelines. Jim started his career as a Senior Systems Engineer at TRW for the Hubble Space Telescope Ground Station. Among many roles during his tenure at TRW, Jim redesigned tactical mapping software relied upon by the U.S. Army and Navy.

Steve spent the first 20 years of his career working for major UK based international insurers and insurance broking groups. He founded his first business in 1995 selling to a major insurance broking group 3 years later. After a very successful string of businesses, he launched Kingsbridge Contractor Insurance in 2007. He completed a trade sale of Kingsbridge in 2020 for £120million EV. Steve is now an advisor to several FTSE 100 and mid-corporate size businesses.

Kim has spent more than 40 years in the Financial Services Sector and IT and Business Consulting Firms. Her consulting experience spans the Media, Insurance, Retail and Investment Banking sectors. Kim was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for NTT DATA in the UK which she founded and managed since 2014. During that time she has worked with her D&I Team to significantly increase gender balance and has worked closely with each member of Leadership to set personal D&I objectives. She sits on several internal and external D&I Committees and is an active participate in the 30% Club and the Girls’ Network Charity. Kim is a qualified Coach having trained at the AoEC and The Tavistock Institute.
