​2 years after finishing University with a First Class Degree in Marketing, Beth left the world of Marketing and Web Design to transition into Tech Recruitment.

Armed with a fundamental knowledge of Project Management, basic programming, Product Management and Marketing Strategy, she’s successfully applied this into helping clients find the right people for their teams. With a specific focus on Software and Data, she has a knack for finding the best talent in the North.

Beth prefers to build long-term relationships and really sell businesses’. By doing this, she successfully built herself a brand worth over £1m in less than 5 years.
