About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven marketing leader to elevate brand presence, accelerate demand generation, and scale growth for this dynamic technology business. As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll own the full marketing strategy—from positioning and messaging to pipeline creation and customer engagement—while leading a high-performing team that blends creativity with analytical rigor. You’ll work closely with the executive, sales, and product teams to drive market impact, revenue growth, and long-term brand differentiation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale a marketing organization spanning brand, product, and growth functions

  • Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for target audiences

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid, product, and experiential marketing

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity

  • Launch and position new products, including next-generation and AI-enabled offerings

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, optimize spend, and inform strategic decisions

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire top marketing talent within a culture of creativity and accountability

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including time in senior or CMO-level roles

  • Proven success driving brand, demand, and product marketing in B2B tech or SaaS environments

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for innovative products or platforms

  • Analytical, metrics-driven mindset paired with creative instinct and growth orientation

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hybrid, and evolving business environment
