Rate: AED 40,000 - AED 45,000 per month

We’re looking for a senior Product & Experience Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the Wholesale Banking product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on UX quality, measurable outcomes, and AI-enabled evolution. This role owns the product vision, experience strategy, roadmap, adoption, and value realisation across complex banking journeys.

The Role

You will act as the single accountable owner for Wholesale Banking product experience, bridging business, technology, design, data, and delivery. You’ll define the product North Star, translate strategy into outcomes, and ensure that everything shipped is customer-centred, scalable, and measurable.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning the Corporate/ Wholesale Banking product vision and experience strategy

  • Defining and embedding clear KPIs across adoption, experience quality, efficiency, and growth

  • Championing a UX-first mindset across product, design, and delivery teams

  • Leading journey redesign and process optimisation across accounts, payments, trade, and transactional banking

  • Driving AI and intelligent automation use cases aligned to real business outcomes

  • Ensuring all major decisions are grounded in research, usability testing, and data

  • Owning the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic bets

  • Acting as the primary product partner to senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making

  • Owning go-to-market and adoption, not just launch

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in Product Leadership, UX Strategy, or Digital Transformation

  • Proven experience in Wholesale / Corporate / Transaction Banking or similarly complex, regulated environments

  • Strong background in UX-led product development and journey design

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, technology, data, and business

  • Comfortable operating at both executive and execution level

  • Experience framing and delivering AI-enabled product features in a responsible, explainable way

  • Confident making trade-off decisions around scope, value, risk, and delivery
