Overview
A rare opportunity for an experienced strategist to join a fast-growing Data & AI advisory team. This role is ideal for those passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, and enterprise transformation. You’ll work with executive-level stakeholders to define forward-thinking AI strategies that unlock value, reshape operating models, and foster competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term AI and data visions aligned with business strategy
• Lead the design of data and AI operating models that drive agility, autonomy, and insight-led decision-making
• Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases across domains—beyond tooling and into transformative value
• Facilitate executive workshops and alignment sessions to define strategic roadmaps and gain cross-functional buy-in
• Develop strategic narratives, investment cases, and board-level presentations to guide leadership decision-making
• Advise on emerging technologies and trends—bridging innovation with practical implementation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Product, Risk, Architecture, Data Science) to ensure strategies are grounded and actionable
• Contribute to proposition development, thought leadership, and internal strategy capability building
• Mentor colleagues and support the creation of strategic frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or business transformation, with exposure to financial services
• Deep understanding of AI and data strategy, including generative AI, governance, ethical frameworks, and operating model design
• Ability to craft compelling narratives using PowerPoint or similar tools to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing complex stakeholder environments
• A strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach

• Strategy or transformation experience within banking, insurance, or asset management
• Familiarity with GenAI trends, upcoming AI regulations (e.g. EU AI Act), and responsible AI practices
• Knowledge of data tools and analytical platforms from a strategic (non-technical) perspective
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and developing repeatable strategy assets or accelerators
