The company is a well funded, late stage startup with a rapidly growing enterprise customer base that includes large global organizations across multiple industries.

This is a remote first company. However, Developer Relations roles regularly involve in person events. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or NYC to attend community events, though there is no daily office requirement.

The Opportunity
The Developer Relations team is responsible for delivering an exceptional developer experience across the company’s flagship products, including both commercial and open source offerings. This role focuses on building authentic relationships with the developer community, creating high quality technical content, and representing the company at in person events. The team is expanding geographic coverage, with this role specifically focused on the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities

Build awareness of the company’s products and thought leadership in AI evaluation and observability through blog posts, videos, social content, talks, and demos
Create and maintain clear, high quality product documentation that enables fast onboarding and user success
Write tutorials, cookbooks, and open source demonstration repositories that move users quickly from introduction to real value
Engage directly with the developer community at conferences, trade shows, meetups, and online community channels
Translate community feedback into actionable insights that influence both open source and commercial product roadmaps

Secondary responsibilities

Support marketing efforts by contributing technical source material for field marketing and SEO focused content
Serve as an initial point of contact for developer questions, helping route issues to the right teams
Collaborate with product teams to prototype early feature explorations and technical proofs of concept
Build partnerships with complementary companies and open source projects in the AI ecosystem

What We Are Looking For

Three or more years of experience in engineering or a highly technical developer relations role
Strong written and verbal technical communication skills demonstrated through public documentation, blog posts, talks, or videos
Current hands on engineering experience, ideally shown through demos, sample projects, or open source contributions
Working knowledge of modern LLM based application development including agents, retrieval augmented generation, and orchestration frameworks
A self directed learner who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a startup environment
Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events locally, with infrequent short travel

Bonus Points

Familiarity with AI evaluation or observability tooling
Active participation in technical communities across forums, chat platforms, or developer focused social networks
Experience maintaining or contributing to open source projects in the AI or developer tooling space
