Overview
We’re partnered with a fast-growing Series A FinTech to hire an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition during a key growth phase. This is a high-impact, closing-focused role within an early-stage, product-led environment.
Who You Are
Proven SaaS / FinTech Account Executive with strong new-business focus
Comfortable selling in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Consultative seller able to engage senior decision-makers
Self-directed, commercially driven, and resilient
The Role
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build pipeline and convert inbound and outbound opportunities
Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Pipeline
Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads
Build and progress a high-quality pipeline
Deal Execution
Run discovery, demos, and commercial negotiations
Close new logos and meet revenue targets
Customer & Market Insight
Feed market and customer insights back into product and GTM
Help refine messaging, ICPs, and sales motions
Experience
5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
Strong track record of closing new business
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Clear, confident communicator with a commercial mindset
