Google Cloud Practice Leader

Overview

We’re partnered with a high-growth cloud and technology consultancy to identify a senior leader to build and scale its Google Cloud practice. This is a strategic, commercially focused role with ownership across go-to-market, partnerships, and practice growth.

Who You Are

  • Senior business leader with experience scaling practices in the Google Cloud ecosystem

  • Strong commercial and go-to-market capability; not hands-on delivery

  • Comfortable influencing at executive level and leading through alignment

  • Able to translate complex cloud offerings into clear business value

The Role

  • Own the strategy, growth, and performance of the Google Cloud practice

  • Define market positioning and drive differentiated GTM execution

  • Partner with sales, marketing, delivery, and alliances to scale impact

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Set and execute the Google Cloud go-to-market strategy

  • Define growth targets, KPIs, and market focus

Sales Enablement & Growth

  • Enable sales motions, support complex deals, and improve win rates

  • Act as senior SME in customer and partner engagements

Operational & Financial Ownership

  • Own revenue, forecasting, margins, and P&L performance

  • Ensure scalable delivery and consistent customer outcomes

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Strengthen Google alliance relationships and partner programs

  • Support marketing campaigns and represent the practice externally

Experience

  • 10+ years in technology sales, practice leadership, or commercial roles

  • Strong Google Cloud and partner ecosystem experience

  • Proven ability to scale a cloud or technology practice
