Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architecture Consultant to lead high-impact data initiatives within complex enterprise environments, with extensive experience in financial services sector in consulting. This is a client-facing, strategic role where you'll architect data solutions, guide transformation efforts, and contribute to the evolution of our modern data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agile engagements focused on data architecture, cloud adoption, and digital transformation
  • Define scalable enterprise data strategies aligned with business goals
  • Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Integrate best practices in data governance, privacy, and metadata management
  • Translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Mentor junior team members and support internal capability development initiatives

Required Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, and solution design
  • Financial Service experience within Consulting. Mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling methodologies.
  • Proven delivery of cloud-based data solutions and modern data stack implementations
  • Knowledge of cloud migration strategies, data management tooling, and data security principles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable Qualifications
  • Certifications in cloud or data architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, GCP Professional Data Engineer, Databricks)
  • Experience in designing data lakes and leading data migration initiatives
  • Familiarity with semantic data models, knowledge graphs, and advanced metadata systems
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of internal offerings
