US Remote - East Coast or Central time zones (need to be based in this region)

$130k - 150k (base)

The Opportunity

As an Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing strategic partnerships with senior leaders, including COOs and Chief Supply Chain Officers across major global enterprises.

You’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring members gain maximum value from the client’s insights, research, and peer network. Through trusted advisory conversations, data-driven engagement strategies, and a sharp commercial focus, your mission will be to retain and grow existing business.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the engagement strategy for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring members consistently realize value from their membership.
  • Drive proactive engagement through touchpoints, strategic conversations, and product utilization to build long-term loyalty.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial activities from renewals to identifying and closing upsell opportunities.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior executives (primarily at C-level), positioning yourself as a valued thought partner.
  • Collaborate closely with product, research, and delivery teams to craft tailored engagement plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Use data and insights to track engagement trends, identify risks, and intervene early to reduce churn and drive account growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing insights, sharing feedback, and helping shape the overall member experience.

 

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of proven success in Enterprise Account Management, SaaS, or subscription/research sales.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with senior executives and procurement teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to challenge thinking and inspire action.
  • Strong communication, commercial acumen, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort thriving in an evolving, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
