What You’ll Do

• Help establish and maintain technical direction across the organization.
• Contribute to defining engineering standards, architecture principles, and reference implementations.
• Lead multiple feature teams in design, delivery, and technical excellence.
• Shape and maintain the software engineering and technology roadmap.

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in software engineering and architecture, ideally within SaaS or API-centric environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with .NET, Java, or similar modern languages.
• Proven technical leadership across enterprise-scale systems.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML/XSLT, and systems integration.
• Experience solving complex scalability and performance challenges.
• Adept at translating business needs into technical solutions.
• A natural mentor and collaborator who uplifts teams through example and guidance.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
