Role: AI Systems Architect – Data & Agentic AI (Asscociate Director)
Term: Permanent / Full-time (flexible working arrangements negotiable)

We’re looking for an AI Systems Architect to join a fast-growing, next-generation Data & AI consultancy. This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI systems while supporting client delivery, pre-sales, and internal capability building.

What you’ll do:

• Lead technical design and implementation of AI systems with a focus on agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)

• Define best practices for scalable, secure, ethical AI solutions

• Guide integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

• Support pre-sales, client workshops, and contribute to thought leadership (blogs, webinars, conferences)

• Mentor junior team members and shape the internal AI capability

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in autonomous agents, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and simulation environments

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production 

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, multi-agent coordination, and decision-making frameworks

• Ability to architect complex, distributed systems integrating AI components

• Python programming skills; experience with Infrastructure as Code desirable

• Strong communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders at all levels

• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience required
