Role: AI Systems Architect – Data & Agentic AI (Asscociate Director)
Term: Permanent / Full-time (flexible working arrangements negotiable)
We’re looking for an AI Systems Architect to join a fast-growing, next-generation Data & AI consultancy. This is a senior technical role focused on designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI systems while supporting client delivery, pre-sales, and internal capability building.
What you’ll do:

Lead technical design and implementation of AI systems with a focus on agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)

Define best practices for scalable, secure, ethical AI solutions

Guide integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

Support pre-sales, client workshops, and contribute to thought leadership (blogs, webinars, conferences)

Mentor junior team members and shape the internal AI capability

Stay ahead of emerging trends in autonomous agents, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and simulation environments
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production

Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, multi-agent coordination, and decision-making frameworks

Ability to architect complex, distributed systems integrating AI components

Python programming skills; experience with Infrastructure as Code desirable

Strong communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders at all levels

Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience required
