About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join the team. In this role, you’ll help drive pipeline growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You’ll engage potential clients, conduct market research, and help promote the platform to key enterprise-level prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a proactive self-starter with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development. You’re comfortable making high volumes of outreach, handling objections with confidence, and have a genuine interest in learning about your prospects’ challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify key prospects and industry trends
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and other outreach strategies
- Communicate the platform’s value proposition and handle objections effectively
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute targeted campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- Drive lead generation and top-of-funnel growth
- Track and report on outreach performance and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes is a plus
Location: New York (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Salary: $65,000
