The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Director to take ownership of client leadership and new business development across one or more core business areas: digital product, experience, marketing, and digital transformation. This is a newly created position designed to drive proposition-based selling within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors (BFSI).
In this role, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery, helping clients transform their businesses and drive better outcomes for their customers and employees. You'll focus on building and selling integrated digital solutions to C-suite stakeholders across South Africa.

The Role

- Mobility solutions
- Low Code/No Code implementations
- UI/UX
What We’re Looking For
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and buying workflows
- Strong expertise in digital product, UX, technology, and business
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, design, tech, and marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven and commercially minded
- Growth mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to drive innovation and change
- 8+ years in a digital design, product agency, consulting, or tech environment
- 5+ years selling digital experience/marketing/technology solutions to C-suite across South Africa
- Experience working on digital transformation or large-scale consulting engagements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and close R130M+ deals
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience within BFSI industries is highly desirable
- Experience delivering or consulting on digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with DXP platforms and digital consulting environments
