Head of Marketing | MarTech Scale-Up
Location: Kraków, Poland - 3-4 days per week onsite. All weekly travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered.
We’re partnering with a high-growth European AI Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation platform entering a major new phase of scale.
Profitable, PE-backed, and operating internationally, this business is building one of Europe’s most ambitious lifecycle engagement engines, and marketing is central to that next chapter.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will own demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline creation across Europe.
This is a commercially critical leadership role, measured on pipeline growth, marketing ROI, brand visibility and market positioning. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive a fully aligned, high-performance GTM engine.
What You’ll Lead
- Define and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Create a predictable pipeline engine across performance, digital, content and campaigns
- Own KPIs including CAC, cost per SQL, ROAS and marketing contribution to revenue
- Elevate brand positioning within a competitive MarTech landscape
- Oversee website, SEO, content, events and the marketing tech stack (Salesforce essential)
- Strong SaaS / MarTech experience (Marketing Automation, CDP, Personalisation or Customer Engagement preferred)
- A hands-on, data-driven operator who understands pipeline mechanics
- Commercially minded, collaborative and comfortable in a PE-backed scale-up
- Fluent in English (Polish a bonus)
