Who you are:
As they continue to grow at pace, the are looking for an outstanding SVP of Marketing to take the lead and scale our marketing efforts to the next level. A marketing leader who can bring vision, energy, and execution to the table. Someone who knows how to build and scale bold marketing strategies that not only boost brand visibility but also deliver real results, like strong MQL pipelines, standout thought leadership, and campaigns that convert.

You’ve got extensive experience in B2B marketing in technology, specifically in Human Capital Management or the services or hospitality industry, and you know what it takes to stand out in a crowded market. You are part strategist, part doer, and 100% passionate about leading high-performing teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the strategy: Develop and drive a full-funnel marketing strategy from brand to demand with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and creating real business impact.
  • Measure what matters: Define KPIs, track performance, and report results to the leadership team with transparency and insights that drive action.
  • Partner with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to align on account-based marketing strategies, unlock key accounts, and fuel the top of the funnel.
  • Make noise in the market: Elevate the brand through powerful B2B strategies that drive awareness, educate the market, and create a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
  • Champion the brand: Be the voice of the brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency across every campaign and touchpoint.
  • Focus on the full journey: Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that keep customers engaged from first touch to expansion, partnering with Sales and Product to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Find the right channels: Test, optimize, and grow acquisition and growth channels across Enterprise, Major, and Large segments.
  • Tell a compelling product story: Lead product marketing efforts that resonate with your ideal customer profile (ICP) and drive conversion.
  • Create experiences that connect: Plan and run field events like thought-leadership breakfasts and executive roundtables that build real relationships.
  • Lead big initiatives: Own major marketing pushes that support growth, retention, and strategic brand moments.
  • Stay ahead: Spot trends, track industry shifts, and make sure we’re always one step ahead of the competition.

What you bring:

  • A proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing demand generation and brand strategies that scale.
  • A balance of creative spark and analytical thinking, you love data but know that storytelling matters too.
  • Confidence with tools like marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and BI dashboards.
  • Experience working across digital and offline channels to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of B2B buyers, especially in Human Capital Management or service focused businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills: you know how to build, inspire, and mentor a team that gets stuff done.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative spirit and startup mindset; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, pivot when needed, and lead from the front.


Salary: $200,000 to $300,000
