π Contract Opportunity: Solution Architect β M365 Specialist
π Location: Remote/Hybrid β 1 day a week onsite in Coventry
π° Rate: Up to Β£500/day | Inside IR35
π Duration: Contract until end of 2025, with strong potential for quarterly extensions
Weβre seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise across Microsoft 365 to help shape and deliver enterprise-level solutions. This role plays a key part in a large-scale digital transformation, working across M365 services to provide high-level designs and assurance for delivery.
The Role:
- Leading M365 architecture design and governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Developing and finalising High-Level Designs (HLDs) for Exchange (migration), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Partnering with stakeholders across People Services and Workday HCM programmes to provide architectural assurance and guidance
- Acting as a proactive and visible technical leader who engages effectively with both business and IT teams
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect, ideally with Microsoft 365 specialisation
- Strong background across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security and compliance tooling
- Experience working within architectural governance processes
- Bonus: exposure to Workday HCM, Kallidus, Eploy, or Stream (not essential)
