Location: Remote/Hybrid – 1 day a week onsite in Coventry
Rate: Up to £500/day | Inside IR35

We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise across Microsoft 365 to help shape and deliver enterprise-level solutions. This role plays a key part in a large-scale digital transformation, working across M365 services to provide high-level designs and assurance for delivery.

The Role:

• Leading M365 architecture design and governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards

• Developing and finalising High-Level Designs (HLDs) for Exchange (migration), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams

• Partnering with stakeholders across People Services and Workday HCM programmes to provide architectural assurance and guidance

• Acting as a proactive and visible technical leader who engages effectively with both business and IT teams

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect, ideally with Microsoft 365 specialisation

• Strong background across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security and compliance tooling

• Experience working within architectural governance processes

• Bonus: exposure to Workday HCM, Kallidus, Eploy, or Stream (not essential)
