**Hiring multiple engineers with approximately 4–10+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify ways software can address financial and operational challenges for small businesses, translating ideas into technical requirements and delivering solutions.
- Own the full software development lifecycle across the product roadmap, including design, development, testing, and production operations.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to support codebase scalability, team productivity, and organizational growth.
- Contribute to shaping the engineering culture.
- Take initiative beyond defined responsibilities by identifying opportunities to improve products or business outcomes where your skills can make an impact.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, along with Node.js and Express.
- Experience working at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
- A hands-on engineer who transforms ideas into shipped products.
- Ability to architect end-to-end systems for complete products.
- Significant experience designing and working with SQL database schemas.
- A high-ownership mindset with a strong bias toward execution and impact.
