The Role

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing on deploying and supporting highly scalable systems in both cloud and on-premises environments. You’ll work closely with customers to define infrastructure requirements, design deployment solutions, and build the tools needed to manage complex systems at scale.

This role offers autonomy, hands-on technical work, and the opportunity to shape infrastructure across multiple platforms and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize infrastructure supporting distributed services in SaaS and on-premises setups.

• Collaborate with customers to capture infrastructure requirements and adapt configurations for new environments.

• Use and enhance monitoring systems to ensure performance, health, and reliability.

• Test, package, and release new features for customer deployments.

• Streamline and automate CI/CD pipelines for smoother releases.

• Stay curious and explore emerging technologies to improve deployment and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering (or similar roles).

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers.

• Expertise with Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Ability to adapt cloud-native solutions for on-premises use.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
