Trade Marketing Manager – Professional (US) HAIRCARE

Remote but must be based in NYC or East Coast

 

A fast-growing consumer brand is hiring a Trade Marketing Manager - Professional Haircare (US) to lead omni-channel retail activation across two major prestige beauty retailers. This role is central to translating brand strategy into compelling, retailer-specific execution that drives awareness, conversion, and long-term growth.

 

You’ll own 360° activation plans across in-store, e-commerce, app, CRM, sampling, and events, partnering closely with sales, brand, creative, VM, education, field, and supply chain teams. You’ll manage visual merchandising briefs, retailer toolkits, launch readiness, and timelines to ensure seamless execution across every touchpoint.

 

With a strong analytical mindset, you’ll evaluate performance by door, SKU, and campaign, track competitive activity, and deliver clear post-program insights and ROI recaps to inform future strategy. You’ll also build strong retailer relationships, contribute to joint business planning, and support forecasting with data-driven insights.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in trade, retail, or omni-channel marketing within haircare essential
  • Haircare is essential
  • Focus on international retail partners, trade strategy, and market-specific execution.
  • Sephora experience required; brand-side experience strongly preferred
  • Digitally fluent with e-commerce, app, CRM, and digital merchandising
  • Data-driven, highly organised, and confident managing multiple workstreams
  • A collaborative, positive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
