Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 base + OTE ~£180,000

A fast-growing data, AI, and technology consultancy is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead growth within the transport and travel sector.
The Role
This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys owning the full client lifecycle, from opening new doors to growing long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing and account expansion
Drive new business within the transport and travel ecosystem (e.g. mobility, logistics, infrastructure, fleet, aviation, rail)
Build and deepen senior stakeholder relationships in a consultative, outcome-led sales model
Partner closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Experience and Attributes
Proven track record in consultative B2B sales, ideally within technology, data, or professional services
Experience operating as both a hunter and a farmer
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Exposure to transport, travel, logistics, or adjacent industries is highly desirable
Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets
