Job Title: Business Architect *SC Cleared*

 Type: 3-month contract 

Day Rate: £650 - £800 (Inside IR35) 

Location: London/Hybrid (Once a week in the office) 

The Role: 

• Work with senior leadership to understand strategic goals and assess business improvements.
• Develop target operating models, business capabilities, and roadmaps to achieve objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Design end-to-end business solutions, aligning them with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support programme managers in defining scope, deliverables, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor transformation programs to ensure they deliver strategic objectives.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Business Architect in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
• Candidate must be SC Cleared. 
• Previous experience working in a consultancy. 
• Excellent analytical skills to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
• Awareness of industry best practices and trends in business architecture and digital transformation.
