Head of Marketing (Fractional – 2 Days per Week)

Location: Flexible / Remote

Working with well-known brands across competitive sectors, they are now looking for a Fractional

Head of Marketing (2 days per week) to join their leadership team and help shape the next phase of growth.

 

The Opportunity

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned marketing professional who can define and deliver a high-impact B2C lead generation and retention strategy. The focus will be on biddable media, CRM, and AI-driven marketing, integrating predictive analytics and automation across the marketing funnel to improve efficiency and performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, CRO, and R&D teams to translate audience insights into actionable strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and customer value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across paid media and CRM.

  • Translate behavioural and segmentation insights into targeting, messaging, and creative strategy.

  • Champion AI and automation to enhance targeting, creative optimisation, and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product and customer experience.

  • Identify and scale new channels, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.

  • Implement data-driven feedback loops to continuously improve campaign results.

 

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience leading B2C marketing teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

  • Deep expertise in biddable media (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) and CRM automation.

  • Skilled in analytics, performance measurement, and marketing technology.

  • Strong grasp of AI and predictive analytics applications within marketing.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
