(Senior) Manager – Strategy & Transformation Consulting
Location: Belgium (Hybrid / Client-based) candidate must be Belgium based already and speak French or Dutch and English

What You’ll Do
As a (Senior) Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering high-impact consulting projects that drive measurable change for our clients. You will:

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to define, challenge, and execute their strategic priorities.

  • Translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.

  • Coach and mentor consultants to foster their professional growth and development.

  • Support business development activities, from identifying opportunities to building long-term client relationships.

  • Contribute to the firm’s growth by shaping internal initiatives, thought leadership, and capability development.


What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated professionals who combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll likely bring:

  • A Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in management or strategy consulting.

  • A proven track record in areas such as operations, supply chain, growth strategy, cost optimization, or organizational transformation.

  • Strong project management and people leadership skills.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
