- Autonomous, accountable, and motivated.
- Interest in healthcare and its unique challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A coach at heart, with hands-on mentoring experience.
- Comfortable in environments with proven sales motions, where agility and ownership are valued.
- Metrics-driven, able to diagnose performance gaps and act quickly.
- A self-motivated, team-first leader who puts people and results first.
