New York (Hybrid)
$80,000–$130,000 (base)

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Lead and coach a team of sales pros to crush targets.
  • Build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline and grow future leaders.
  • Partner across teams to align goals and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly to keep everyone informed, motivated, and focused.
  • Strategize and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Work with Sales Leadership and Operations on reporting, forecasts, and roadmaps.

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience with proven results.
  • Experience building supportive, collaborative team cultures.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with data.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Autonomous, accountable, and motivated.
  • Interest in healthcare and its unique challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
