They're looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic Implementations team! If you have experience working in SaaS or HRIS environments and a background in the hospitality sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful projects from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through smooth implementations, ensuring they get the very best from the solutions.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and software implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Configure the platform to meet client needs and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and resources, reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Solve complex process and technology challenges with a mix of best practices and creative thinking.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within cross-functional teams, ensuring customer needs are prioritised.

About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing project management role within a SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Strong background in enterprise-level software implementations.
  • Experience with either HRIS, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled at scoping requirements, identifying tasks, and managing resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow with a scaling company.
  • This role reports to the Manager of Implementation, UK.
