The Role

We’re working with a category-leading HR technology SaaS business to hire a Regional Marketing Director for North America. This role will own regional marketing strategy and execution, with a strong demand generation focus while covering the full marketing mix in close partnership with Sales and Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own North America marketing strategy across demand gen, field, ABM, content, and events

  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue influence in partnership with Sales leadership

  • Execute integrated campaigns aligned to regional GTM priorities

  • Localize global messaging and launches for the NA market

  • Manage budget, forecasting, and performance reporting across channels

  • Lead and develop a small regional team and agency partners

Experience and Attributes

  • 8+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in HR tech or B2B SaaS

  • Strong demand generation background with clear pipeline ownership

  • Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales teams

  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, global SaaS environment

  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on when needed
