The Role
We’re working with a category-leading HR technology SaaS business to hire a Regional Marketing Director for North America. This role will own regional marketing strategy and execution, with a strong demand generation focus while covering the full marketing mix in close partnership with Sales and Global Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own North America marketing strategy across demand gen, field, ABM, content, and events
Drive pipeline creation and revenue influence in partnership with Sales leadership
Execute integrated campaigns aligned to regional GTM priorities
Localize global messaging and launches for the NA market
Manage budget, forecasting, and performance reporting across channels
Lead and develop a small regional team and agency partners
Experience and Attributes
8+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in HR tech or B2B SaaS
Strong demand generation background with clear pipeline ownership
Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales teams
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, global SaaS environment
Data-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on when needed
