Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Virginia (Relocation Required)

Department: Sales

Salary Range: $65k base

Primis is delighted to partner with a leading real estate technology organisation in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive. This role offers an opportunity to drive sales growth, foster customer relationships, and contribute to the success of a fast-growing, innovative company.

 

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Proactively identify potential customers and generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to better inform potential customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
  • Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing objections or complaints effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
