Account Executive
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Overview
We are hiring an Account Executive to drive new revenue across NYC’s residential real estate market. This role owns the full sales cycle, selling a SaaS platform to brokers, owners, operators, and property management firms. The ideal candidate understands the pace and dynamics of NYC real estate and can clearly connect product value to commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across residential real estate accounts
Build and manage a strong pipeline of brokerages, owners, and property managers
Run discovery to understand leasing, operational, and revenue challenges
Deliver product demos and tailored proposals aligned to customer workflows
Manage multi-stakeholder buying processes and close mid-market and enterprise deals
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Experience selling into residential real estate, PropTech, or adjacent verticals preferred
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and consistently achieve quota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers in non-technical environments
Experience in high-growth or early-stage companies is a plus
