Overview of Company and Role
We are supporting a technology consultancy delivering a large-scale digital platform for a banking client in a regulated environment. The team is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the design of secure, user-centric web and mobile experiences, working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive, accessible UI/UX solutions for complex web and mobile applications
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (React / Flutter) to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
Contribute to or evolve existing design systems and component libraries
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across platforms
Support iterative delivery through user feedback, testing, and continuous improvement
Work within security, compliance, and regulatory constraints typical of banking environments
Required Experience
5+ years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer working on production digital products
Strong experience designing web and/or mobile applications (enterprise-scale preferred)
Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent design tools)
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile delivery environments
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
