Salary: $180,000 – $200,000

Are you a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in integrations, APIs, and SaaS platforms? We’re looking for a Vice President of Integrations who not only understands integration strategy but can confidently sit in front of customers and explain how it all works.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape the global integration’s function, manage multiple high-performing teams, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial leaders to deliver scalable, customer-focused integration solutions.
You’ll lead from the front, defining strategy, building frameworks, and ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient integrations that deliver measurable business impact.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead global integration strategy from design through deployment
  • Be the face of integrations in customer and partner conversations, translating technical capability into business value
  • Confidently discuss how POS and Payroll integrations work, providing clarity while knowing when to bring in deeper technical experts
  • Oversee the Integrations Solutions team, scoping, defining, and delivering technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Manage Integration Operations & Enablement, ensuring integrations are properly tested, migrated, documented, and packaged for repeatable success
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Product
    Own relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners
  • Step into partnership management and escalations when needed to keep customers successful
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration tooling, automation, and scalability


Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who not only has the technical skills but exudes confidence when working with customers. You understand your experience, can talk to it, and know how to ask the right questions to uncover what a customer really needs.
  • Customer-facing integration expertise is a must - you can own the room and speak intelligently about how integrations work
  • Hands-on understanding of the primary integration domains they support:
    • Payroll (any HCM experience)
    • POS
    • BI integrations (data delivery into multiple analytics tools)
  • Experience in at least one of these areas is required to be successful in the role
  • Ability to think beyond “yes/no” solutions - you challenge assumptions and explore options
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Solutions, Implementation & Product
  • You understand how to scale an integrations function - taking tribal knowledge and turning it into repeatable, packaged processes
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on technical mindset
