The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the leadership team and oversee the company’s global revenue strategy. The CRO will be accountable for delivering sustainable, long-term revenue growth across all Ingenuity solutions, ensuring alignment between sales, partnerships, and client success in established and emerging markets worldwide.

The CRO will be accountable for delivering sustainable, long-term revenue growth across all Ingenuity solutions, ensuring alignment between sales, partnerships, and client success in established and emerging markets worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Leadership
- Define and lead the global revenue strategy across Commerce, Fulfil, and Studios.
- Establish revenue goals, sales targets, and performance metrics, ensuring delivery against annual and long-term growth objectives.
- Drive alignment between commercial strategy, product innovation, marketing, and operations.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead and manage global sales and business development teams to deliver consistent revenue performance across multiple markets.
- Oversee the development of scalable go-to-market strategies to capture new business opportunities and accelerate international market penetration.
- Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring Ingenuity’s value proposition is effectively communicated worldwide.
Partnerships & Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across regions that contribute to incremental growth and strengthen Ingenuity’s global market position.
- Oversee Client Success functions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion in all territories.
- Ensure cross-selling and upselling opportunities are maximized across solution suite.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global commercial organization, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Implement best-in-class processes, governance, and reporting for commercial operations across different regions.
- Ensure talent development, succession planning, and scalability for international teams.
Market & Industry Leadership
- Represent Client at key industry events, conferences, and with media and analysts globally.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs across international markets to identify and capture growth opportunities.
Experience and Attributes
- Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership positions within eCommerce, SaaS, logistics, or digital services sectors.
- Demonstrable success in driving significant revenue growth across multiple global markets and leading large, distributed sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, multi-solution sales cycles, and strategic partnership development at an international level.
- Proven ability to operate at executive and board level, influencing stakeholders in different geographies and business cultures.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing revenue forecasts, budgets, and P&L impact across regions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster long-term client relationships worldwide.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
