Job description
We’re hiring a Director of Marketing to establish and lead our marketing function from the ground up. As the first marketing hire, this person will play a foundational role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy across brand, content, product marketing, events, and partnerships — with a particular emphasis on supporting an enterprise-focused go-to-market (GTM) approach.
The company operates in a relationship-driven, high-trust environment. The marketing leader will be instrumental in enhancing our credibility among enterprise decision-makers and ecosystem partners — and will enable the sales team through the creation of high-quality, trust-building materials and presence across relevant channels.
This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working cross-functionally with teams across product, sales, and partnerships. The Director will coordinate with external contractors and agency partners (e.g. design, copy, PR), but will be the primary owner of marketing planning and execution.
