Head of Product | Social Impact Consumer Mobile App

A small, mission-led founding team is building a consumer mobile app that helps people do good daily.
What the Head of Product is responsible for:
We’re looking for a Founding Head of Product who’s built zero-to-one consumer apps before, and wants to do it again with purpose.
What you'll own:
- Product vision, roadmap, and early MVP strategy
- Gamification mechanics and habit-forming design
- Deep user discovery and feedback loops
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design
- A product culture that balances velocity, care, and mission
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 5–10+ years building B2C mobile products
- Have launched something from scratch (and felt the chaos and joy)
- Care about behavioral psychology, retention, and UX
- Thrive in ambiguity and love collaborating
- Want your work to make a difference in the real world
Nice to have:
Developed Community and Social consumer B2C / Mobile-App products - habit forming / gamification.
