Full Stack Growth Engineer (Hybrid, London - 3 Days/Week)

We’re partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing, mission-driven startups who are seeking two talented Full-Stack Growth Engineers.

• Mid‑level candidate (4+ years experience)
• Senior candidate (7+ years experience)

You’ll be the first engineering hires on the Growth team, working at the heart of a cross-functional group that includes creatives, data-focused marketers, and a broader technical crew. Your mission: build impactful tools, launch growth experiments, and enhance the user journey across web applications to boost acquisition, activation, and conversion.

What you will own:

• Build full-stack features and tools to accelerate growth
• Develop rich interfaces with TypeScript & React
• Use PostgreSQL & SQL to analyze data and shape strategy
• Design and run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve performance
• Partner with marketing, product, and design teams
• Help build and scale a service-oriented architecture

About you and your tech stack:

• Proficiency in a programming language (TypeScript preferred)
• Strong experience in React and full-stack development
• Solid database skills - particularly PostgreSQL and complex SQL
• A growth mindset, with interest in user experience and conversion rate optimisation
• An analytical thinker who values experimentation
• A degree from a top-tier university
• Passionate about start-ups and sustainable brands
