About the role

We’re looking for experienced and ambitious Senior or Principle GTM (Go-to-Market) Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team in either London. You'll be responsible for leading and expanding our presence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations roles- partnering with top-tier tech businesses across growth, scale-up, and enterprise.

This is a billing consultant role with scope to develop into a leadership position, as we continue scaling our GTM function.


What you'd be doing day-to-day

  • Partnering with high-growth tech clients across the UK, US, and Europe to deliver best-in-class GTM recruitment solutions

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from client brief to offer management

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates and clients

  • Mapping market trends and actively headhunting top GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and more

  • Working alongside senior leadership to help define and grow our GTM division


What we're looking for

  • A proven track record of success in GTM recruitment (agency or in-house)

  • Strong business development skills - someone who’s confident bringing on new logos and expanding client relationships

  • Deep knowledge of the SaaS/tech talent market, ideally across the UK

  • Experience managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle

  • A commercial mindset with a passion for hitting (and exceeding) targets

  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable working with both startups and enterprise clients

  • Someone who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment

  • A self-starter who's eager to grow a market, own client relationships, and make a real impact

  • Experience working cross-border is a bonus (UK/US/EMEA)
