What You’ll Do

Contributing to the growth and positioning of our insurance transformation offering in the market.
What You Bring
This role suits an experienced professional with a passion for insurance and a proven background in management consulting. You combine strategic thinking, leadership capability, and strong commercial awareness.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the insurance sector.

Deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and best practices.

Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and diverse teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Native-level fluency in French or Dutch with a strong command of English.
