What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and implementing transformational strategies for insurance clients. Drawing on your deep industry knowledge, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the future of the insurance ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the design and delivery of transformation strategies for insurance clients.
  • Providing expert insight on insurance products, operating models, and emerging industry trends.
  • Managing and mentoring project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Building and nurturing trusted client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contributing to the growth and positioning of our insurance transformation offering in the market.

What You Bring
This role suits an experienced professional with a passion for insurance and a proven background in management consulting. You combine strategic thinking, leadership capability, and strong commercial awareness.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Native-level fluency in French or Dutch with a strong command of English.
