Video is the most powerful medium for storytelling, yet creating it remains painfully time-consuming. Traditional motion design tools are complex, forcing creators to spend hours navigating intricate interfaces instead of focusing on their ideas.
Our team is reimagining this process from the ground up. We’re developing an AI-native design tool that lets users generate precise, editable animations through natural conversation and intuitive on-canvas controls. The goal: deliver the power of professional motion design software with the simplicity of modern AI tools.
In just a few weeks after launch, thousands of users created hundreds of thousands of animations, validating a deep need for what we’re building.
The Role

The Role
As our Lead/ Founding Product Designer, you’ll play a defining role in shaping the product, brand, and overall user experience. You’ll:

Collaborate closely with engineers to design intuitive, AI-powered creative workflows

You have 3 – 8 years of experience

You are knowledge and skilled with AWS, Azure or GCP.

Craft interfaces that balance simplicity and control, giving users power without friction

Continuously test, interview, and learn from users to refine every interaction

Own design from idea to launch, from early prototypes to polished UI and design systems

Drive growth through onboarding, retention, and conversion experiments

Help define go-to-market narratives and visuals that resonate deeply with creators
