Job Title: Project Manager
Type: 12-month contract
Day Rate: £350 - £400 (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Occasional travel into the office in South West London or overseas)
The Role:
- Oversee a variety of projects across different functions and geographies.
- Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of more than one projects.
- Take a hands-on method to solve assignment challenges, making sure deliverables are met.
- Actively oversee and take part in everyday assignment activities, which include problem-fixing and decision-making.
- Develop and hold specific assignment plans, timelines, and aid allocations.
- Manage competing priorities correctly throughout more than one projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks, solve issues, and deal with adjustments efficiently.
- Work intently with groups to make certain deliverables meet enterprise necessities and are of the very best quality.
- Regularly speak assignment status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct post-implementation opinions to perceive instructions discovered and foster non-stop improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing multiple, diverse projects with a strong focus on hands-on delivery management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills to deliver successful outcomes for projects with varying scopes and objectives
- Ability to step into day-to-day project activities and work closely with teams to overcome obstacles and drive progress.
- Knowledge of delivery management best practices and tools to ensure successful implementation.
- Demonstrated success in managing both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery aspects of projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering Digitalisation projects.
