About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Social, Influencer & PR with a strong focus on social media to elevate brand presence, engagement, and influence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a leader with hands-on experience in consumer-focused industries such as tech, lifestyle, entertainment, or e-commerce, who can blend storytelling, analytics, and influencer marketing to drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube).

  • Manage content planning, creation, publishing, and community engagement to ensure consistent brand voice and high engagement.

  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver recommendations to maximize ROI and audience growth.

Influencer Marketing

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to consumer-focused industries.

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns that align with marketing goals, driving reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Public Relations & Brand Communications

  • Support PR initiatives by cultivating relationships with media outlets, journalists, and thought leaders.

  • Develop messaging for campaigns, press releases, and social content that reflects the brand’s values and positioning.

  • Advise internal teams on social media best practices and public-facing communication.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a small team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to integrate social strategies across campaigns.

  • Manage budgets for social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and PR within consumer-focused industries such as tech, lifestyle, entertainment, or e-commerce.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong influencer network and experience managing partnerships at scale.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and social listening platforms.

  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

  • Experience leading a team and collaborating across multiple departments.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
